Hyatt and Brigade Group Announce Plans for Two New Hyatt Regency Hotels in Bengaluru

The two hotels, together offering 600 rooms, will be part of large-scale mixed-use developments across Bengaluru, further strengthening Hyatt’s brand presence in one of India’s leading commercial and technology hubs

National (October 26, 2026) – Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) today announced that Hyatt affiliates have signed management agreements with affiliates of Brigade Group for two new Hyatt Regency hotels in Bengaluru: Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade Global Park and Hyatt Regency Bengaluru on Brigade’s upcoming integrated township on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road. Together, the hotels are expected to add 600 rooms to Bengaluru’s portfolio in India and reinforce Hyatt’s strategic growth in key gateway destinations across the country.

Located within two landmark mixed-use developments by Brigade Group, the hotels are expected to serve the growing demand from business travelers, meetings and events, social celebrations and leisure guests in Bengaluru, one of India’s most dynamic economic centers.

Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade Global Park signed a management agreement with Brigade Estates and Projects Private Limited, an entity of the Brigade Group. The hotel will be located within Brigade Group’s 25-acre Global Park integrated advanced engineering and business ecosystem. Planned with approximately 350 guestrooms and suites, the hotel will offer extensive meeting and event facilities totaling approximately 25,000 square feet, alongside multiple dining destinations designed to cater to business and leisure travelers alike.

The hotel will be part of a premium mixed-use destination. The hotel is planned to feature approximately 250 guestrooms and suites, extensive food and beverage offerings, and a comprehensive meetings and events program, including a ballroom spanning more than 10,000 square feet alongside a large pre-function area and additional meeting spaces.

Both hotels are expected to feature a range of amenities, including an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, grab-and-go offering, rooftop bar, pool bar, fitness facilities and flexible event spaces, creating vibrant environments where guests can connect, collaborate and celebrate.

“Bengaluru continues to demonstrate strong demand across business travel, meetings and events, making it a strategic market for Hyatt’s brand growth in India,” said Vikas Chawla, President, India & Southwest Asia, Hyatt. “The signings of Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade Global Park and Hyatt Regency Bengaluru on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road reflect our continued commitment to expanding Hyatt’s brand presence in high-growth destinations across the country.
